Shipping and Handling

STANDARD: Standard shipped items process for 1-3 business days before being sent for delivery via USPS First Class Mail. Delivers in 2-5 business days anywhere in the U.S.  this goes for pre-made and ready to go items in stock.

 

 most pieces are made to order and Shipping can range from 1-3 weeks after being made. Why so long? Here at chelle.co most not all, of our product is hand and we want to ensure our customers fine quality products which require time.

RETURN POLICY 

ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR ALL RETURNS. CHELLE does not offer a refund policy. Exchanges are prohibited if item arrives damaged or a size needs to be changed. IF there is cause for absolute refund. which has been discussed amongst customer and company. items must be shipped and returned with a tracking number to obtain the refunded amount.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY 

To begin the exchange process with chelle please email us at thechellebrand@gmail.com with your order number and item style. From here we will advise you of what your exchange options and instructions.

Style must remain unsoiled, unworn, unwashed and with tags still intact, including packaging. For all exchanges within USA, items must be returned within 7 business days from the date of purchase. All international exchange requests must be submitted within 21 days from the original shipping date.

When the return for exchange/store credit is approved you will receive a new invoice with order details or a store credit code that does not expire. In the unlikely instance that your piece is faulty, you have 30 days, from the date of purchase, to return your goods. Upon the return we will assess the fault.

Chelle reserves the right to refuse, repair or replace your style. If your original item is no longer in stock, you will be issued store credit. CHELLE garments are made from delicate materials and will normally experience "wear and tear" over time. CHELLE also holds a no warranty policy. Due to different qualities in computer screens, some garments may appear slightly different shade than they actually are. In accordance with health regulations any item returned that has been worn, marked, soiled, washed or damaged will not be accepted.

All items to be exchanged must be returned in original condition, un-laundered, unworn, unused and with swing tags secure. CHELLE does not cover any return shipping costs. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense.

CHELLE does NOT cover any duty/taxes/customs fees that may incur with international shipments.
